The World Happiness Index recently published their report for 2020 and I know what you’re thinking… what’s been so happy about this year so far? Well, their study concluded that the secret to happiness is some fresh 02 and good ol’ vitamin D that you can only get from going outside. And to kick start those endorphins, why not throw in some exercise.

I decided to try it out with you guys!
Man oh man, my legs are going to hurt tomorrow. I’m already sore! Mind you, I have been in self-isolation mode for the last week and ate all of my quarantine snacks. I also only did the circuit once.
I challenge you to do more than me! And follow this blog daily for progress updates.
The best thing about this workout plan is that it can be reused for the next 2-weeks, even if were not in isolation anymore… fingers crossed. This way you can build your body up to be able to do more than one set.
