Warner Bros. Pictures just dropped the 2nd official Barbie Trailer and this movie looks great! Greta Gerwig has done some amazing work on this movie and she has also worked on Lady Bird and Little Women.
I can’t get over the casting: Margot Robbie as Barbie is PERFECT! Ryan Gosling as Ken works, Will Ferrell plays the villain as Toy Company CEO, Kate McKinnon plays as the Weird Barbie, plus we get to see Canadian actor Simu Liu as Ken #2.
Other actors that are featured: Michael Cera, America Ferrera, Dua Lipa, Anne Hathaway, and John Cena is supposed to make an appearance as a merman!
This new trailer shows more about how Barbie is having and existential crisis and you see more scenes of Barbie and Ken in the real world. Plus a Matrix reference with chosing the red pill and blue pill. ( High heel and Birkenstock sandal)
The Barbie movie hits theaters this summer July 21st.
