Are you bored? Let’s workout that booty that has just been sitting around in self-isolation. These exercises aren’t necessarily hard so I know you can do them!
This circuit takes control and focus to execute. While you workout your glutes, you’ll also be exercising your mind.
You’ll notice in my video that it was raining outside, but I still made sure to get in my cardio. Secretly, I love running in the rain. If you’ve never tried it and usually the rain is a deterrent for you to exercise, try embracing it next time. We are so dependent on technology more than ever during this quarantine, so it is nice to get out sometimes without music and without our fitness apps. It’s just you and yourself focusing on your breath and your form out in nature.
